Cybersecurity Analyst SOC (Remote)

Workin is a Franco-Canadian HR consulting firm created in 2019. We support Canadian companies that recruit qualified French-speaking talent for remote work. Each analyst is integrated into the client's IT/security team, with a Workin project manager overseeing your contractual and HR support.

Your daily missions

• Monitor and analyze security alerts (EDR, SIEM)
• Investigate incidents and coordinate the response
• Maintain and improve detection rules
• Contribute to hardening environments (endpoints, cloud)
• Write incident reports and document procedures
• Participate in incident response exercises

The profile we are looking for

• What is mandatory:
• Confirmed experience in operational cybersecurity (SOC, incident response, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in an EDR (SentinelOne is a strong asset)
• Good knowledge of a SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, or equivalent)
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK / NIST frameworks
• Fluent French, both spoken and written
• Availability to work in overlap with the Quebec time zone (GMT-5)
• The extras that make a difference:
• Security certifications (AZ-500, Security+, CEH, GCIA)
• Azure / Microsoft Defender experience
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments
• Professional English
