Your daily impact:

You act as a key player in the implementation of high-value-added solutions for our clients operating in various fields. You also facilitate daily dialogue between the client and the development team. Finally, your in-depth analysis helps you design and implement features that meet various business needs and represent the client at every stage of development.

You possess these skills

• Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Ease in gathering requirements and facilitating work meetings or sessions
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and changes to be made (processes, tools, documentation, etc.)
• Proficiency in writing functional deliverables such as user stories, user guides, mockups, etc.
• Ability to collaborate with developers in designing solutions
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent adaptability skills

Assets

• Understanding of software development concepts to facilitate collaboration with developers
• Project management skills: problem-solving, service level tracking, budget management, scheduling, etc.
• Good knowledge of JIRA, MIRO, FIGMA

You meet these criteria

• Possess 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Possess experience in an Agile environment
• Be a graduate of a university program
• Be comfortable communicating in French both orally and in writing
• Be comfortable communicating in English both orally and in writing (to communicate with some English-speaking clients)
