Human Resources Service
The person holding this position provides technical support in the management of disability files and in the coordination of personnel development activities. She/he works closely with the human resources team members, managers, staff members, and the various concerned partners.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the administrative follow-up of disability files and collective insurance files;
Verify the required documents and follow up with the concerned persons;
Process development requests and ensure their administrative follow-up;
Update files, systems, and tracking tools;
Answer information requests related to disabilities, insurance, and development;
Produce the necessary letters, tables, and reports;
Collaborate with the Human Resources Service team;
Temporarily perform various tasks from a related or lower-level position when required;

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in administrative techniques with the appropriate specialization. A general DEC with a certificate in administration or human resources management could be considered;
Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
OTHER
Proficiency in Excel electronic spreadsheet;
Very good knowledge of Word text processing software;
Very good knowledge of the French language both written and oral.
WORK MODE
Telework with one day in the office per week at our Quebec office.

Replacement until December 23
