The Manager, Engagement & Event Marketing plays a crucial role in steering strategic marketing initiatives related to customer engagement, partner marketing, and global events. Events and Trade Shows

Ensure end-to-end project management for all major events and customer engagement initiatives, including:

  • Global industry trade shows and events;

  • Regional sales enablement and customer engagement events;

What You Will Do

  • Develop scalable event processes, workflows, timelines, and execution frameworks;
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, schedules, and on-site operations;
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and interfunctional deliverables;
  • Lead event communications, planning rhythms, and execution preparation;
  • Ensure brand and customer experience consistency across all events;
  • Manage employee presence, staffing, travel coordination, and on-site support;
  • Foster operational excellence and lead post-event reports and retrospectives.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Global Events Manager while helping to establish a scalable event management structure capable of supporting Vention's continuous growth.
  • Customer Marketing
  • Manage executive events and customer engagement programs;
  • Develop and implement the Customer Advisory Board program;
  • Drive customer advocacy initiatives, including testimonials, case studies, reviews, speaking opportunities, and peer community engagement;
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop customer case studies across the industry's key verticals and product lines;
  • Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting enterprise-level clients;
  • Coordinate customer awareness campaigns and engagement activities across different regions.
  • Partner Marketing
  • Build, manage, and lead Vention's Partner Advisory Council;
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including FANUC, Universal Robots, Franka, NVIDIA, and other ecosystem partners;
  • Manage partner marketing deliverables, timelines, approvals, and execution;
  • Coordinate joint campaigns, case studies, customer success stories, and partner event activations;

  • Develop simplified strategic marketing plans with key partners to drive mutual brand awareness and business opportunities;

What You Bring to the Team

  • Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years (or more) of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success specifically in enterprise event marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Industry Experience: Strongly preferred experience in the robotics, automation, manufacturing, or B2B/SaaS technology sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
