Accounting Functional Analyst

Arche TI is a growing Quebec-based company specializing in the integration of the Odoo (ERP) PGI. It is looking for a passionate accounting functional analyst to assist its clients with the implementation, training, and support of the accounting module.

In this role, you will be the preferred point of contact for clients for all their accounting needs. You will analyze their internal processes, propose tailored solutions, and lead interactive training workshops to maximize the use of the Odoo modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients' accounting needs.
• Analyze and translate accounting processes into functional solutions in Odoo.
• Configure and set up accounting, invoicing, and expense modules in Odoo.
• Document accounting processes, financial flows, and ERP settings.
• Lead user workshops and train clients on accounting modules.
• Import, verify, and validate clients' accounting data in Odoo.
• Configure product categories and manage automated inventory.
• Test, validate, and deploy accounting features.
• Provide user support and resolve ERP accounting-related questions.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of modules and new features.
• Identify and propose optimizations of accounting processes to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure data security and compliance with accounting best practices.
• Participate in follow-up meetings and support strategic team decisions.
• Mentor and guide new accounting functional analysts (buddy).
• Monitor Odoo updates and stay informed about ERP best practices.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or as an accounting functional analyst.
• Experience in ERP software integration, an asset.
• Knowledge of the Odoo software, an asset.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Proficiency in French and functional English, both spoken and written, to assist the anglophone clientele on a national scale.
• Pay: From $68,640.00 per year
