About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our office. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes full ownership of the books — from transaction entry through financial statement preparation — while also pitching in on light administrative and HR-related tasks as needed in our small-office environment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and the general ledger
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly, including multi-currency transactions
- Process invoices, payments, and deposits
- Manage payroll processing via ADP
- Prepare financial reports (P\&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements)
- Track and categorize expenses accurately
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Prepare documentation for tax filings and liaise with external accountants/CPAs
- Maintain organized financial records in SharePoint
- Provide light administrative support as needed, which may include HR-related tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online Advanced, including multi-currency functionality
- Mid-to-advanced level Excel skills (advanced preferred) — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint
- Experience with ADP payroll systems (or others)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, accrual vs. cash basis accounting)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a major plus
- Bookkeeping certification (Certified Bookkeeper via AIPB or NACPB)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance a plus
- Multi-currency or international transaction experience beyond QBO basics
- Experience working directly with a CPA firm
- A track record of process improvement — performance-based bonuses available for successfully implementing automations (AI-driven or systems/workflow-based) that improve office efficiency

Compensation \& Schedule
- Full-time, on-site position
- Hourly pay: $40/hour for the first 90 days (training/probationary period)
- $45–$50/hour thereafter, based on performance review
- Additional performance-based bonus opportunities for automation/process improvements
- Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
