We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns & Performance Marketing, to lead the planning, execution, and operational excellence of Vention's integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of the Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams. The selected individual will be responsible for turning strategic priorities into coordinated, high-impact programs that drive sales pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, this leader will oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple channels and lead a team responsible for their planning and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about operational excellence, team development, and achieving measurable business results.
This role combines campaign leadership, performance marketing expertise, people management, and the execution of multi-functional programs to accelerate growth and improve enterprise-wide marketing efficiency.
What you will do
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Take ownership of the end-to-end campaign planning process for product launches, demand generation initiatives, ABM (account-based marketing) programs, content syndication, paid campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain quarterly campaign roadmaps aligned with the company's growth and revenue goals.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Content, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams.
- Establish campaign governance, planning processes, and operational best practices.
- Develop integrated go-to-market plans that align product positioning, audience targeting, channel activation, and sales enablement efforts.
- Ensure campaign execution remains consistent across all channels and regions.
- Performance Marketing and Demand Generation
- Take ownership of the strategic planning of paid media programs (search, social, display, retargeting, content syndication, and emerging channels) in partnership with the campaign manager.
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth and cross-functional marketing leaders to develop quarterly and annual demand generation strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Oversee media budget allocation and investment decisions to maximize pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI.
- Ensure campaign strategies are data-driven, audience-informed, and aligned with company priorities.
- Lead ongoing optimization efforts for all channels, conversion paths, and destination page performance.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and analytics teams to improve attribution, reporting, conversion uplift, lead scoring, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Drive experimentation and testing programs to uncover new acquisition opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
- Formulate recommendations on channel combinations, budget allocation, and growth investments based on performance trends and business objectives.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor campaign managers.
- Set clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans for team members under your direct responsibility.
- Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Support resource planning and workload management within the campaign team.
- Ensure the team maintains a healthy balance between campaign execution, innovation, and performance results.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and future growth of the campaign and demand generation function.
- Multi-functional Program Management
- Serve as the central coordinator for major go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and proactively find solutions.
- Ensure campaign deliverables, messaging, assets, and channel activations remain aligned throughout execution.
- Maintain visibility on campaign priorities, timelines, and business impact across the organization.
- Measurement and Optimization
- Collaborate with marketing operations and analytics teams to establish campaign KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Take ownership of campaign and channel performance reviews, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI, and revenue impact.
- Present performance data, recommendations, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
- Lead quarterly business reviews focused on campaign effectiveness, investment efficiency, and future growth opportunities.
- Lead campaign retrospectives and document learnings and best practices.
- Processes and Operational Excellence
- Develop scalable workflows and operational models that improve campaign delivery speed and quality.
- Optimize project management processes, campaign calendars, and cross-functional collaboration mechanisms.
- Foster consistency in campaign documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Improve campaign request, prioritization, approval, and launch processes.
What you bring to the team
- Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, campaign management, integrated marketing, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in people management, leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel demand generation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing: paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, optimize investments, and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to make business and investment decisions.
- Experience in creating reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, forecasts, and campaign measurement strategies.
- Excellent project management skills.
