Your Daily Missions

• Gather business needs from users and facilitate workshops
• Write functional specifications and user stories
• Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases
• Train end-users and facilitate wrap-up workshops
• Validate functional deliverables before production

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of functional experience on ServiceNow
• Proficiency in at least one module: ITSM, CSM, or SPM
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
• Experience in writing specs and facilitating workshops
• Fluent French, both spoken and written
• Availability to work in overlap with Quebec time zone (GMT-5)

Bonus Qualifications

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• ServiceNow (CSA) certification
• Professional English
• Project coordination experience
