GNA Alutech is a leader in the design and manufacturing of furnaces and equipment for the aluminum industry.

We are looking for a Logistics, Shipping & Receiving Clerk who is versatile and meticulous to support our daily operations and ensure smooth flow of goods.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and pack orders for local and international shipments.
• Receive goods: verify delivery notes, inspection, and data entry in SAP GUI.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries with carriers and forwarders, optimizing costs and timelines.
• Prepare required documentation (customs, certificates, labeling, incoterms).
• Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP GUI and participate in cycle counts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and procurement teams to track material in and out.
• Perform any other tasks related to logistics and warehouse operations.

Desired Profile

• Relevant experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse.
• Functional knowledge of SAP GUI (data entry, inventory tracking, orders).
• Basic knowledge of import/export processes and customs documentation (an asset).
• Good physical condition (occasional handling of boxes and parts).
• Meticulousness, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in French and English.
• Forklift license (an asset; training offered as needed).
• Full-time or part-time position.
