About Rheolution

Rheolution is a Montreal-based company that designs and manufactures high-tech scientific instruments and software solutions for the food and beverage industry and the life sciences. Our technologies are used by clients in Canada and internationally. To support our growth, we are looking for a production technician to oversee the robotized production of our consumables.

Your Role

At the heart of our operations, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the production of consumables, in a modern, automated, and robotized work environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate the automated and robotized production of consumables
• Supervise the robotized quality control (QC) of products
• Prepare the components needed for production
• Adjust technical parameters during production
• Ensure RFID encoding of certain pieces
• Package finished products
• Strictly follow established production processes
• Document production accurately and completely
• Plan and organize your work to meet deadlines
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our methods and processes
• Additional Missions

Depending on the needs, you may also contribute to other related activities, including the production of equipment, shipping, order preparation, packaging, and labeling.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience (5 years and more) in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar environment.
• Dynamic, reliable, and trustworthy person
• Great attention to detail
• Sense of organization and good time management
• Autonomy in executing work
• Strong team spirit: collaboration is at the heart of our daily work
• Comfortable with computer tools and automated equipment (an asset)
