Your role involves developing and implementing 360° marketing plans to position the City of Montreal's services and programs with its population. As a member of a division primarily dedicated to marketing and brand image, you contribute to the development of marketing programs, from conception to market launch, in line with the organization's strategic priorities and the desired citizen experience.

Your Mandate

You play an important role in the development of the City of Montreal's marketing programs. More specifically, you:

  • develop, recommend, and implement 360° marketing plans to achieve business and communications objectives, in collaboration with the corporate communications team;
  • lead the production and deployment of 360° marketing programs in collaboration with various partners and suppliers, including the development of promotional and advertising materials for the target audience;
  • mobilize project team members for the delivery of plans that meet established objectives, both in terms of the quality of deliverables, timelines, and allocated budgets;
  • measure the performance of projects and monitor marketing trends.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent academic) in marketing, communications, or another relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in roles related to the responsibilities of the position, specifically in the development and implementation of 360° marketing plans and project management
