The Role - Quality Supervisor - Customers, Suppliers and Non-Conformities
We are pleased to announce a new opportunity as a Quality Supervisor - Customers, Suppliers and Non-Conformities. Reporting to the Quality Director, this role supervises the team responsible for customers, suppliers, and non-conformity reports (NCRs). This position ensures product compliance, coordinates investigations, and supports continuous site improvement.
What You Will Do
- Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mobilize, and develop the team; establish priorities and ensure the continuity of activities.
Collaborate with production, sales, supply, technology, and health, safety, and environment teams.
Non-Conformities
Supervise NCRs, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Manage non-conforming products: block or release stock, reinspection, reprocessing, and recall as needed.
Ensure traceability, quality of records, and closure of actions.
Customer Quality
Manage complaints and claims, from initial evaluation to final response.
Lead technical investigations and coordinate communications with customers, sales, and internal teams.
Analyze trends and recommend containment and improvement measures.
Supplier Quality
Manage supplier performance, non-conformities, corrective plans, and audits.
Coordinate material, supplier, and process change qualifications.
Support the introduction of new products and reduce non-quality costs.
Performance and Improvement
Track quality indicators and present trends, risks, and priorities.
Support audits, calibration, and quality system improvement projects.
Your Contribution
University degree in engineering, sciences, or a relevant technical field.
3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality.
Experience in supervision or leadership.
Experience in investigations, root cause analysis, non-conformities, and customer or supplier relations.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard, problem-solving tools, and data analysis.
Leadership, judgment, sense of priorities, and excellent communication skills in French and English (to communicate with clients and suppliers outside Quebec).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of SAP, Enablon, or customer relationship management system, an asset.

The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, while respecting internal equity and market data.
