Become an Occupational Therapist at the St-Amable Senior's Home, a facility of the Eastern Montérégie. This is a long-term full-time position on a day shift for geriatric clients. Join a stimulating team. At the St-Amable Senior's Home, you will build strong relationships with a group of experienced colleagues. Make our community better by

  • Participating with the interdisciplinary team in diagnosis, developing the individualized interdisciplinary intervention plan, and follow-up;
  • Assessing functional abilities;
  • Determining and implementing a treatment and intervention plan;
  • Developing, restoring, or maintaining abilities;
  • Compensating for disabilities;
  • Reducing situations of handicap and adapting the environment to promote optimal autonomy;
  • Providing functional rehabilitation to the housed clients;
  • Working with geriatric clients;
  • Working in a multidisciplinary setting.

Essential qualifications (Health and Social Services)

  • Hold a master's degree in occupational therapy;
  • Be a member of the Professional Order of Occupational Therapists of Quebec;
  • Have work or internship experience in a residential setting (asset).
