SUMMARY

Maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales objectives.
• Optimize sales and present promotional programs.
• View sales as a fun activity.
• Promote beauty product sales.
• Encourage sales by encouraging customers to participate in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Promote a positive environment for customers and colleagues.
• Always prioritize the customer and provide superior customer service.
• Set an example for the appropriate use of the ELECTRONIC Customer Relationship Application to provide superior customer service.
• Promote products through marketing and encourage the use of the PC Optimum program.
• Actively promote in-store events and ensure appointment scheduling.

OPERATIONS

• Present and promote company products and services.
• Participate in relevant supplier school activities.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions.
• Adhere to cosmetic department operational standards.

GENERAL

• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures and ensure their implementation in the department.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

SKILLS

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making.
• Independent thinking and decision-making.
• Cosmetic and luxury product sales skills.

EXPERIENCE

• Recognized consulting skills to provide information.
• Proven sales experience.
• Good knowledge of various beauty products and services offered.
• Ability to perform personalized consultations on makeup and skin care and demonstrate their application.
• Strong communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to climb a ladder.
• Ability to bend and stretch to fill shelves.

Hiring Range / Salary Range at Hire: $17.90 - $21.20 / hour A candidate's experience and knowledge as well as the geographical region in which the position is located may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position.
