Within your team, your essential role will be

• to be the main contact with the customer; your confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism will be put to use;
• to respond to customer requests, within the legal limits applicable to the position, while respecting the confidentiality of the disclosed information;
• to perform telephone follow-ups;
• to restock merchandise displays.

Hours per week

• 35 hours or more
• French language: Very good knowledge
• English language: Very good knowledge
