Assistant Manager

Within your team, your essential role will be

• to assist the management team in operational activities and human resources management, such as, for example: hiring, performance reviews or team schedules;
• to ensure that an exemplary customer service is offered to the clientele;
• to plan, distribute and supervise the work to be done by the staff under your responsibility;
• to oversee the opening and closing and ensure the proper functioning as well as the cleanliness of the pharmacy;
• to assist the management team in maintaining a commercial image respecting the standards of the Jean Coutu Group;
• to oversee the training of the staff under your responsibility.

If you do not have managerial experience

• but have proven yourself in our industry… we will train you;
• if you have experience in retail store management, it is a strong asset!

Number of hours per week

• 35 hours or more
• French language: Very good knowledge
