• Regular Position
• Wash dishes and utensils in all hotel dishwashing areas;
• Wash refrigerators, stoves, carts, ladders, "steampots", braziers, etc.;
• Prepare utensils and silverware for banquets;
• Ensure that chefs have the necessary plates and cutlery and that customers' dishes are clean;
• Sort and stack dishes, load and unload the dishwasher;
• Sort, stack, and store cleaned items safely and organized;
• Clean the dishwashing machines daily;
• Collect trash in food sectors as needed;
• Ensure that all broken items are removed from circulation and inventoried;
• Keep floors always clean and dry;
• Ensure the supply of soap and paper;
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards;
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work environment;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Your experience and skills include:
• Experience as a dishwasher is an asset
• Must be available for night shifts
• Must have interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must be responsible and reliable.
• Must have good speed of execution.
• High school diploma
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to focus on customers' needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Any other related qualifications.
• Physical Implications of the Position (include, but not limited to):
• Stand and walk throughout the work period
• Lift and carry loads up to 14 kg
• Kneel, push, pull
• Climb or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
