We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness of our community. This position is tailored for you if you pay close attention to details and enjoy well-done work, working autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairs, laundry rooms, trash enclosures, recreational spaces, and any other common areas.
• Perform housekeeping for unoccupied units and additional cleaning for other units.
• Collect trash inside or outside the building.
• Participate in snow removal and touch-up painting, when necessary.
• Ensure proper and accurate stock management.
• Maintain and keep all equipment in good working order.
• Complete any other assigned tasks and provide assistance to other projects as needed.

Requirements: Education and Experience

• 2 years of experience in housekeeping
• Technical Requirements
• Practical knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with technological tools (an asset)
• Non-Technical Requirements
• Ability to stand up to eight hours, walk, climb stairs, and lift loads
• Ability to handle up to 90 kg with appropriate equipment
• Strong determination to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with other staff members
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and self-confidence
• Additional Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle in your possession
