As the Director of Member Services and Sales Support at Caisse Desjardins Sud-Ouest de Montréal, you will ensure the strategic and operational management of a dedicated team focused on the sale of products and services and/or all sales support activities from the sales teams. Your mandate includes ensuring member and customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and expectations, and participating in the establishment and maintenance of sustainable business relationships with members and customers in your field of activity. Your role involves leading and developing the profitable potential of your team, in support of the Movement's strategic orientations. You will develop a business plan aligned with the orientations, challenges, and objectives to be achieved, and monitor its implementation. You will ensure the performance of your unit, prudent risk management in compliance with standards, and tracking of results. Your ability to make quality decisions and achieve results enables you to effectively manage people and the performance of your team. You will manage a dedicated team for members and customers, focusing on skill development and maintaining a high standard of service quality. Your skills in building high-performing teams and developing talent become essential. You will act as a coach to your team members, providing tailored advice and recommendations to meet the needs of members and customers. The nature of activities in your unit requires in-depth knowledge of your field of activity and a comprehensive understanding of the organization. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the superior in developing business strategies in line with the Movement's strategic orientations and the unit's challenges.
- Ensuring the quality of services and business relationships, as well as the management of the member and customer experience.
- Implementing and monitoring the action plan in line with the targeted results.
- Establishing management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy, and change management, in line with the Movement's values. Animating, coaching, and mobilizing your team in a perspective of skill development, engagement, and responsibility.
- Ensuring the implementation and evolution of your activity's service offer, which enhances the member and customer experience, integrates the various components' partners, and is competitive and profitable.
- Ensuring efficiency, continuous process improvement, and profit recovery.
- Ensuring the visibility of Desjardins and the organization's anchoring in its environment.
- Promoting the cooperative values of the Movement.

What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French required
