Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess the psychosocial needs of the user and their environment
• In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, develop an intervention plan and guide the user towards the right resources
• Inform, sensitize, and encourage the user and their family to participate in the intervention plan
• Facilitate groups, if necessary
• Perform the roles and responsibilities outlined in the job description of the position you will hold
• Possess a valid vehicle and driver's license
• Be available to work on a variable schedule that takes into account the needs of the service
• Be able to travel across the Bas-Saint-Laurent territory when required.

Requirements

• Must hold, depending on the field of activity required, a bachelor's degree in human sciences or social sciences such as criminology, social work, or psychology.
