What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation. Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organization’s culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best work.
  • Oversee the performance management process providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
  • Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a strategic HRBP role
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior
