We are seeking a versatile individual with good computer knowledge and ideally with experience in point of sale support. You must also be perfectly bilingual (80% of the support is in English) and above all demonstrate a great concern for customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to requests or questions transmitted to the store support group,
  • Updating the database of requests and solutions provided for each call;
  • Providing administrative support to other team members.
  • Responding to requests or demands lodged with the store support group
  • Solving problems and answering questions from users of the store systems
  • Guiding and training users to better use the system;
  • Ensuring the maintenance and support of our store systems;
  • Providing support service outside of business hours on an alternating basis (the team must cover the hours between 6 am and 7:30 pm). Must be available for a 5-hour rotation on Saturdays.
  • Maintaining links with other support groups of other systems such as: warehouses, mechanics and product managers to optimize the operations of the store systems.

Qualifications

  • To join our team, you must, among other things:
  • Hold a degree in computer science and have at least 1 year of experience in user support in IT
  • Have knowledge of product management and store operations
  • Be bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing, since you will be working closely with colleagues and clients all over Canada.
