Breakfast Waiters

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming dining environment. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food service setting. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The Server plays a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while adhering to food safety standards and hospitality best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Refill beverages and attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
• Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally

Skills

• Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable
• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong customer service skills with a personable demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cashiering and bill calculations
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables simultaneously
• Effective communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
