Description
Under the authority of the deputy director of the youth program, the person is responsible for one or more programs with the aim of providing professional assistance in the development of services. They carry out the necessary research activities to identify and evaluate resources and needs. They design and propose development plans and programs to ensure adequate planning of services. They provide advice on the implementation or improvement of programs and services. They may participate in teaching and training activities.
Main Tasks
- Conduct studies or analyses to assist in decision-making regarding the maintenance and development of professional practice, organization, and evaluation of programs and services;
- Conceptualize, develop, update, and evaluate client programs based on established priorities;
- Support service managers and DPJe and DPJ teams in organizing services, tracking performance, and achieving results. They contribute to service alignment and collaborate in the implementation of service networks on the territory;
- Establish, according to their responsibilities, the link with various instances of the establishment and other partner establishments in connection with the mandates entrusted;
- Collaborate on evaluation, study, or survey activities;
- Contribute to any other file entrusted by their immediate superior.
Requirements
Must hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate university discipline such as administrative sciences, human sciences, or social sciences.
An asset is to have three (3) years of relevant professional experience in the fields related to youth and functions in the health and social services network.
