Outdoor Site Supervisor

The Outdoor Site Supervisor coordinates and supervises the customer experience and ensures the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. Ensures the cleanliness and quality of the water. Ensures that the customer has a unique experience, making sure everything is available in ideal conditions to highly satisfy them, from the welcome until their departure. Must ensure the mobilization of the entire team in achieving the same quality objective.

The Outdoor Site Supervisor is responsible for

• Supervising and training team leaders and advisors at the outdoor site.
• Applying and enforcing policies and procedures related to equipment maintenance, water cleanliness, and customer service.
• Scheduling work hours for the department
• Implementing tools to improve and optimize site activities
• Coordinating repair and maintenance work on facilities with our various suppliers

Team Management

• Participating in the human resources management of the department, including recruitment, training, skill development, etc.
• Coordinating department activities in collaboration
• Promoting good practices and high standards of Siberia in customer service
• Providing necessary and useful feedback to superiors to ensure internal mobilization is always at its best and providing customer feedback
• Beyond technical skills, we are looking for candidates with marked human qualities
• 1 to 2 years of experience in team management combined with relevant experience in customer service
• CPO certification (Certified Pool and Spa Operator) or any other related training (asset)
• Be positive, enthusiastic, and cultivate the joy of working in a team
• Flexibility in schedule (day/night/weekend)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Specifications

• Salary: based on experience
• Possibility of rotating hours according to traffic
• Full-time position (35 to 40 hours)
