Main tasks:

• Preparation of typical South American dishes
• Cutting, marinating, and cooking of food
• Assembling plates and respecting presentation standards
• Customer service when needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and complying with hygiene standards
• Receiving and organizing products and ingredients
• Teamwork to ensure fast and quality service
• Desired profile:

• Speed, efficiency, and sense of organization
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure
• Cooking experience (an asset, but not mandatory)
