Responsibilities

• Assist the center manager in the daily management of the amusement center
• Supervise and mentor employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and their families
• Manage customer complaints and requests, ensuring maximum satisfaction
• Contribute to the development and promotion of the amusement center
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations

Schedule

• Full-time flexible schedule (between 30h to 40h per week)
• One weekend per two

Qualifications sought

• Experience in team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Sharp sense of customer service and ability to proactively resolve problems
