YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT

As a chef, you contribute to creating a memorable culinary experience in an exceptional environment. By preparing high-quality dishes with rigor and passion, you help provide a warm service that perfectly complements the experience of our visitors. Your work in the kitchen is an integral part of the memories our clients take away from their visit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the chef is responsible for:

• Preparing the setup for various dishes;
• Performing different cooking techniques;
• Supporting the sous-chef in meal preparation;
• Ensuring a neat presentation of dishes;
• Rotating food and ensuring proper storage;
• Keeping the work area clean and functional;
• Applying hygiene, sanitation, and safety rules for the kitchen;

DESIRED PROFILE / REQUIRED SKILLS

• Interest in cooking;
• Experience in the food service industry (preferred);
• Attention to detail;
• Team player with a positive attitude.
