Long Distance Driver – Class 5 (M/F)

Location: Sherbrooke, Quebec

As part of our growth, we are looking for a long-distance driver holding a valid Class 5 driver's license to perform intercity trips and deliver goods while respecting deadlines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the transport and delivery of goods over long distances, respecting established deadlines.
• Ensure the delivery of products to customers according to planned routes and delivery lists.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of goods during transport.
• Perform preventive inspections of the truck/trailer before, during, and after each trip.
• Comply with the Highway Safety Code and all applicable laws, regulations, and standards for road transport.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
• Accurately complete transport documents, inspection reports, and proof of delivery.
• Represent the company professionally by providing a reliable and quality service.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Possess an excellent driving record.
• Adopt safe work practices.
• Have a constant concern for providing a professional and courteous customer service.
• Demonstrate reliability, autonomy, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.
• Be able to work long hours and long trips.
• Have experience in transport or delivery (an asset).
• Master French and English (an asset).
