Dental Secretary – Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier

We are looking for a partner to fill a Dental Secretary position at the Jacques-Cartier Dental Clinic.

Your Role as a Partner

As a Dental Secretary, you set the tone as soon as patients enter. With a friendly smile, dynamic welcome, and straightforward efficiency, you make their experience enjoyable even before they see the dental chair. Appointments, files, billing: you handle it all with confidence, without losing your energy. With you at the reception and with your help from sterilization to the lab, the clinic runs smoothly, and the team can focus on patient care. Here, camaraderie and good humor are part of everyday life.

Your Skills

• You have a high school diploma and any other relevant experience.
• You are known for your team spirit and customer service awareness — you create a trusting atmosphere from the first smile.
• You are proficient in the Dentitek software, a plus that makes life easier!
• You embody strong values of integrity, collaboration, and human approach.
• You have experience in dental, medical, or other relevant secretarial roles (an asset)
