What Will Your Role Entail?
- Efficiently respond to calls and resolve customer issues/complaints professionally.
- Respond to service, product, or information requests made by phone and email from customers or other team members.
- Perform other assigned administrative tasks.
- Actively participate in creating a supportive team environment that promotes positivity and engagement.
- Actively seek and apply process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities to apply data-driven strategies.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- New graduate from a university or college in business administration or a related field
- Post-secondary diploma obtained within the last 12 months
- Academic performance above average (cumulative average > 2.5 [B-]). Transcripts to be provided upon request
- Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, required
- Intermediate skills with all MS Office applications. Special emphasis on Excel, including knowledge of functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce, an asset
- Proven success in a customer service role, a significant asset
- Strong customer orientation and ability to understand customer requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively independently and in a team
- Solid organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize workload
- Proactivity, discipline, and ability to demonstrate high productivity
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Results-oriented behavior and growth mindset
The candidate selected for this position must be bilingual. Proficiency in both French and English (both oral and written) is required to perform the functions and responsibilities associated with the position for the following reasons:
- The position requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers in Canada and/or abroad.
- The position requires regular interaction with Siemens colleagues based outside Quebec, across the country, and abroad.
