What you will accomplish with us
As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce deployments (major, minor, and patch releases) while ensuring a stable, controlled, and secure deployment process.
- Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes, integration, and production), deployments, versioning, and change tracking.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, quality assurance, business analysts, product owners, and architects to align deliveries with business priorities.
- Identify deployment risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the quality and compliance of deliveries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release governance, and delivery processes while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications and knowledge sought
- DEC or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Very good knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including metadata, APEX, standard objects, Salesforce APIs, and platform events.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or equivalents.
- Good mastery of Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of multi-org Salesforce environments and governance limits (Governor Limits).
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
- Experience with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI (sf-cli), and Git Flow principles.
- Knowledge of architectural models, design patterns, and UML modeling.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka is a plus).
- Interest in Salesforce integrations, including Einstein Activity Capture, Content Server, and MuleSoft.
- Use of artificial intelligence, including Copilot, is a plus.
