Store opening hours vary by location, but are generally

Monday to

Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and

Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Part-Time Customer Service Clerk . Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be one of the main reasons why our customers will return! You will build strong relationships with our contractors and customers every day. You will greet and assist Bétonel/Dulux customers when they enter the store, listening to and helping them meet their needs for paint and supplies.

Main Responsibilities of the Customer Service Clerk in

Retail Store

• Greet and advise customers by assessing their needs, offering suitable solutions, tinting and matching paint products.
• Suggest and recommend complementary products, such as brushes and rollers.
• Work in a safe retail environment, ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked.
• Lift, move, and store products following safety guidelines.

in Retail Store

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including Saturday and overtime.
• Computer skills and internet usage.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency in French.
