Your main responsibilities

Complete the full accounting cycle.

Accounting for multiple entities (multi-company management).

Complete payroll processing.

Produce bank reconciliations.

Prepare government remittances (GST/HST, DAS, WSIB, etc.).

Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements.

Perform accounting entries and account analyses.

Collaborate with the accounting clerk to ensure the tracking and accuracy of accounting data.

Monitor accounts and produce various financial reports.

Collaborate with management for the financial tracking of the company.

Perform various related administrative tasks.

Requirements

DEC in accounting and management techniques (or equivalent) is mandatory.

3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.

Mandatory mastery of the Acomba accounting software.

Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Rigor, autonomy, discretion, and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Experience in the restaurant or hotel sector is an asset.

Weekday schedule, Monday to Friday.
