Regional Branch Manager

Branch Manager duties will include

• Managing the overall operations of the branch and deliver P&L performance to plan and forecast.
• Be the business leader and strong advocate in this region, professionally representing the Gunnebo Canada team to the regional and national customer base.
• Providing operational leadership to branch staff – ensure all personnel understand the Company mission and objectives and work towards that common goal, be a Role Model – set an example by following all Company procedures and policies.
• Deliver best-in-class service responsiveness, quality, and customer-centric services and solutions.
• Planning and organizing branch operations to fulfill sales, profit, and company objectives.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing; hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Lead the development of technical capability and teams’ skills development in line with business growth plans.
• Oversight and Management of the subcontract partner network.
• Oversight of Invoicing and costing responsibility.
• Oversight and review of all accounts payable invoices prior to submission.
• Direct support of Accounts Receivable outstanding issues for the branch.
• Stay up to date with market and internal Gunnebo new product and solution developments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ people management experience in a security service-driven environment.
• University or college degree/diploma in Business (an asset).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business performance results within a highly competitive market.
• Excellent client-facing skills and devotion to superior customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to lead and positively motivate people.
• Proactive; action-oriented, diplomatic, and resourceful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General business Acumen and Financial literacy.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience working with a field service organization in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment with peers and other leaders across the organizational functions to deliver positive business results.
• RBQ / BSP License

Responsibilities

• The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
• Managing the overall operations of the branch and ensuring P&L performance in line with budget and forecasts.
• Acting as the business leader and primary representative of Gunnebo Canada in the region, maintaining professional relationships with the regional and national customer base.
• Providing operational leadership to branch staff, ensuring all employees understand the company mission and objectives and work towards a common goal. Act as a role model by following all company procedures and policies.
• Delivering top-tier service responsiveness, quality, and customer-centric services and solutions.
• Planning and organizing branch operations to achieve sales, profitability, and company objectives.
• Performing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Leading the development of technical capability and team skills development in line with business growth plans.
• Managing and overseeing the subcontract partner network.
• Overseeing invoicing and costing responsibilities.
• Reviewing and approving accounts payable invoices before submission.
• Supporting accounts receivable outstanding issues for the branch.
• Staying informed about market trends and Gunnebo’s new product and solution developments.
• Performing any other related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in people management within a security service environment.
• University or college diploma in business administration or a related field (an asset).
• Demonstrated experience in achieving business results within a highly competitive market.
• Excellent client-facing skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Proactive, action-oriented, diplomatic, and resourceful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Practical experience working with a field service organization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and other leaders across organizational functions to achieve business objectives.
