Production Operator – Handmade Bath and Care Products

For over 18 years, Dot & Lil has created bath, care, and handmade candle products renowned for their quality and crafted with care in Quebec.

Today, Dot & Lil is part of the Rameau d'Or universe, a Quebec-based company specializing in well-being for over 28 years.

Our products are made in small batches. Each ingredient is weighed with precision, each recipe is followed rigorously, and every detail matters.

We are looking for a person who enjoys working methodically, is efficient, pays attention to details, and takes pride in delivering a flawless product.

Your Responsibilities

• Manufacture our products according to established recipes and procedures.
• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients with precision.
• Prepare mixtures while respecting quality standards.
• Fill, assemble, label, and package products.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Prepare orders for our customers.
• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production.

Requirements

• Be comfortable using scales, measurements, and simple calculations.
• Understand functional English to recognize certain ingredients, raw materials, or production documents.
• Be able to work standing and lift weights up to approximately 20 kg.

Training will begin in our current Montreal workshop.

Over the next few weeks, all production will move to new facilities in Sainte-Eustache. Therefore, candidates must be available to work in Montreal during this short transition period.

Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
