As a Warehouse Associate, you will primarily be responsible for managing inventory and assets, maintaining related equipment, and performing certain customer service tasks assigned to you.

What you'll love doing

• You will clean and maintain medical equipment to ensure its safety and proper functioning
• You will prepare orders and efficiently manage shipments and receptions to meet customer needs
• As part of this role, you will provide customer service, including processing in-store and phone orders and answering inquiries in the display room
• You will communicate professionally with internal and external clients by phone and email to maintain strong relationships
• You will perform administrative tasks such as sorting, filing, and updating inventory and asset records
• You will adhere to Linde's policies and procedures regarding safety, inventory management, and others to ensure a safe work environment
• You will maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including sweeping, cleaning spills, restocking bathrooms, cleaning shelves, keeping aisles clear, and dismantling boxes for recycling
• Additionally, you will contribute to asset management by managing client-owned equipment and participating in semi-annual physical inventories

What makes you a strong fit

• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent, providing you with a solid foundation
• You have at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, allowing you to be comfortable with client interactions
• Experience in inventory management is considered an asset, as it helps you manage warehouse operations more effectively
• Strong organizational skills allow you to manage tasks and inventory efficiently
