Chef, Full-time

Prepare food in accordance with the applicable company standards, directives, and regulations according to established policies and procedures. Ensure the quality of food services at all times.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pre-cook, and/or cook food products according to directives.
• Prepare the "mise en place" (food, garnishes, sauces, plates, utensils, etc.), as well as other products as required for high-volume production.
• Clean kitchen equipment after use in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Label, date, store food and beverages in appropriate storage areas, and perform rotation.
• Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational services.
• Report the need for maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Perform other assigned or delegated tasks.
