• Your role within our team:

Located in St-Isidore, you perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the production equipment of the plant and grain center. As an electromechanic, you are responsible for diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs, and ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment.

Here's an overview of your day:

• Ensure the maintenance, repair of equipment and buildings;
• Ensure the follow-up of preventive maintenance of equipment related to the HACCP quality program;
• Collaborate with operators and the maintenance team to minimize unexpected production downtime;
• Ensure compliance with the company's health and safety rules;
• Perform any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning and improvement of the site.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in electromechanics or industrial maintenance or equivalent work experience;
• You are available on weekends according to flexible schedules, we adapt to your availability;
• Ability to read electrical plans in addition to mastering mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics;
• You like to solve problems;
• Autonomy, ease of learning, team spirit and resourcefulness.

Working conditions

• Salary at hiring according to the applicable collective agreement;
• Piece rate of 32.87$ per hour;
• Day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
• Possibility of working overtime;

• Access to a guard bonus of 150$ per week;
