Job Offer – Polyvalent PVD Daily Operator

Technique Surface Innovation (TSI) is looking for a motivated, resourceful, and eager-to-learn PVD Daily Operator to join our production team.

We are seeking a person who enjoys the diversity of tasks, is curious, manual, and wants to develop new skills in the field of surface treatments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform preparation and handling of parts before and after PVD treatment;
• Perform cleaning, masking, and visual inspection of parts;
• Operate various equipment as needed for production;
• Participate in different stages of the PVD process;
• Perform maintenance and organization tasks in the work area;
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality of finished products;
• Gradually learn different operations and develop new skills;
• Be able to assess situations and make good decisions according to established procedures;
• Strictly follow work instructions, respect production procedures, and apply current quality standards.

• Manual, versatile, and autonomous person;
• Good learning capacity and interest in learning new tasks;
• Good sense of judgment and ability to analyze a situation before acting;
• Ability to follow and respect procedures, work instructions, and safety rules;
• Sense of organization and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Positive attitude and willingness to progress;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset, but not mandatory).
