We are looking for an Automotive Services Director capable of leading a team of advisors, technicians, and clerks towards operational excellence and impeccable customer service.

The Role

Reporting to the management, you are responsible for all operations of the service department: workshop performance, profitability, productivity, quality, and customer experience. You lead an already established team and help it grow.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mobilize the service team (technical advisors, technicians, clerks)
• Manage workshop capacity, schedule, and productivity to meet demand
• Achieve and exceed departmental performance, productivity, and profitability goals
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and track quality indicators (CSI)
• Recruit, train, and retain technical staff and advisors
• Ensure compliance with Mitsubishi standards and health and safety norms
• Collaborate closely with parts, aesthetics, and sales departments
• Track and analyze key indicators (billed hours, effective rate, warranties, retention)
• Implement and optimize processes to grow the department
• Your Profile
• Experience in managing an automotive service department (major asset)
• Motivational leadership and ability to develop a team
• Strong customer and results orientation
• Proficiency with management systems (DMS); knowledge of Serti/Keyloop an asset
• Understanding of fixed operations: workshop, parts, warranties
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy
• Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
