Cyient is seeking an Industrialization and Deployment Manager to support an exciting digital transformation initiative based in Longueuil, Quebec.

You will play a key role in industrializing and deploying cutting-edge technologies that integrate 3D modeling, automation, digital inspection, and advanced manufacturing solutions into aerospace production environments.

What you'll do

• Lead deployment projects from planning through production implementation
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across multidisciplinary teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
• Promote innovation and support organizational change management activities
• Help improve product quality, operational performance, and manufacturing excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or Business Transformation
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
