Your mission

Under the responsibility of the Chief Editor, the Content and Performance Project Manager manages the editorial projects of the content team as well as the external resources that contribute to them, namely freelancers, suppliers, and content creators. This person plans the schedules, oversees the mandates, ensures administrative and budgetary follow-up, and measures the performance of the contents distributed in the organization's digital ecosystem. She also contributes to the influence marketing strategy, produces performance, visibility, and return on investment (ROI) reports, draws recommendations from them, and collaborates with business intelligence (BI), digital platforms, paid media, and media relations teams.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage editorial projects: tourist guide, thematic guides, seasonal contents, and special projects.
  • Plan schedules, milestones, approvals, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate multiple projects at once, with internal and external resources and other services.
  • Oversee mandates entrusted to freelancers, suppliers, and content creators: quotes, rights, deliverables, billing, and budgets.
  • Compare price proposals and establish benchmarks to guide choices.
  • Contribute to influence marketing: selection criteria, success indicators, and accountability.
  • Evaluate content creator profiles: authenticity of the audience, targeted markets, engagement, and performance.
  • Keep the database of evaluated profiles up to date.
  • Measure the performance of contents and the visibility of the destination on digital platforms as well as in search engines and generative response engines.
  • Produce performance, visibility, and ROI reports: data, discrepancies, key facts, and calculation methods.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analyses, and content audits.
  • Transform data into concrete recommendations: content, visibility, profiles, and budgets.
  • Conduct a watch on analysis tools, AI, content creator remuneration, disclosure, and social trends.
  • Collaborate with BI, digital platforms, paid media, and media relations teams.

Note: Content writing and production are not part of the mandate.

What characterizes you

  • DEC or relevant training in project management, marketing, communication, or analytics.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in project management, ideally in digital content or social media.
  • Experience in performance reports, digital audience analysis, and coordination of external resources.
  • Proficiency with GA4, social media analytics tools, and learning new digital tools.
  • Advanced mastery of Excel, as well as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of project management: backtracking, milestones, risks, and budgets.
  • Understanding of social media practices, organic content.
  • Understanding of the issues related to generative engine optimization (GEO) and brand visibility in AI-generated responses.
