Job Details: Full-time day shift.
Variable hours, including one (1) weekend every five (5).
Your main responsibilities:
Lead nursing care with confidence and professionalism, embodying a strong and inspiring presence for your team.
Showcase your expertise by implementing effective, structured, and quality-recognized clinical practices.
Act as a reference figure for the team, residents, and partners, facilitating exchanges and ensuring smooth and coherent communication.
Manage clinical priorities with confidence, providing quick solutions and maintaining a calm and well-organized work environment.
Actively contribute to administrative processes, reports, budget tracking, and required follow-ups.
Participate in the welcome and integration of new residents, assessing their clinical needs and presenting the care offer clearly and professionally.
Collaborate on internal initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, process efficiency, and resident experience optimization.
Support the reputation of the unit and residence by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and professional image.
Play a key role in managing sensitive situations, ensuring empathetic and composed communication with families and external partners.
Contribute to maintaining an optimal occupancy rate by positively representing the unit during evaluations, meetings, or presentations.
What you bring
A strong professional background, including at least 2 years of experience in a senior healthcare role.
Training compliant with the function’s requirements, including membership in OIIQ, essential for exercising your clinical role.
Experience with a clientele in loss of autonomy (an asset) and a good understanding of the residential living environment (an asset).
A natural confidence and ease in positioning yourself as a resource capable of positively influencing your environment.
A sense of initiative that allows you to approach challenges with calm and determination.
A good understanding of the expectations towards healthcare teams and an ease in bringing out each person’s strengths.
A sensitivity to balanced, well-structured, and non-competitive environments that allow you to focus on what you master.
Ease in using technological tools to optimize your work, structure your follow-ups, and gain efficiency.
