You will have the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of our clients by providing short-term counseling when they need it. Technological tools will help you streamline administrative tasks and focus on what matters most: the human element.

You will develop your clinical skills by working with a diverse and stimulating clientele. You can rely on the generosity of your team and benefit from the expertise of peer groups and online training to provide the best service.

How you will make a difference

  • Adapting your interventions according to your personal style, you will provide short-term counseling to a varied clientele facing diverse issues;
  • You will effectively manage case files through simple clinical models and technological tools that facilitate note-taking;
  • You will participate in team meetings and peer groups where open exchanges are valued.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with a diverse clientele and masters brief intervention. They are also proactive, resourceful, and organized, valuing collaboration with colleagues.

  • You hold a master's or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field;
  • You are a member in good standing of the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ, or OPPQ;
  • You have a minimum of five years of clinical experience;
  • You have the ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-oriented approach;
  • You are empathetic and capable of managing high-risk or crisis situations;
  • You have strong time management skills and can handle a large number of clients.
