Collaborate with a team of over 80 professionals who give their best to the young people we support, knowing they are supported by a collaborative team.

Here's how:

As an independent worker for Supporting Children by TELUS Health, you will provide individual follow-ups to young people aged 12 to 17 who request them. You will also be called upon to make various ad-hoc interventions with students, as needed by the school team and in collaboration with them.

With a balanced workload and a great deal of freedom in your interventions, you will be supported by a generous multidisciplinary team, available supervisors, and access to high-quality intervention materials. The administrative team will help lighten your load and allow you to focus on what matters most: the human element.

How you will make a difference

• By bringing your personal touch, you will conduct screenings, evaluations, and interventions with adolescents presenting various adaptive difficulties;
• You will support parents in setting intervention goals to support the adolescent and their family;
• You will conduct various psychoeducational interventions with school students (group animations, training, individual meetings);
• You will effectively maintain files through our internal platform.

You possess

• You hold a master's degree in psychoeducation;
• You are a regular member of the Order of Psychoeducators and Psychoeducatrices of Quebec;
• You have good rapport-building skills and the ability to relate well with others;
• You are autonomous and have initiative;
• You can communicate transparently and professionally with stakeholders;
• You have a sense of organization and good time management skills;
• Clinical experience with adolescents is an asset.
