What you will do

• Customer service: Welcome golfers with courtesy, handle their golf bags upon arrival, and place them on motorized carts to ensure a smooth and professional service.
• Golf equipment management: Handle, store, and maintain golf bags of members and visitors, as needed, in accordance with the establishment's standards.
• Cart and equipment maintenance: Clean, wash, and wax golf carts, ensure their proper functioning and availability for service. Also, maintain associated equipment, including ball washers, rakes, and other accessories.
• Operational preparation: Take golf carts out of the garage and position them appropriately in front of the shop to support the daily operations of the golf course.
• Operational support: Perform any other related tasks contributing to the smooth running of activities and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience: Experience on a golf course or in a related field is an asset.
• Valid driver's license: Hold a valid driver's license.
• Team spirit: Demonstrate collaboration, reliability, and a good sense of responsibility.
• Customer service: Show excellent ability to meet customers' needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Languages required: French and English to communicate with an anglophone clientele.
