Your Role
As a Leasing Advisor, you will proudly represent Place Alexandra and Les Jardins Charlesbourg to future residents and their families. As a true ambassador of our living environments, your role will consist of promoting the advantages of each residence, building trust with the clientele, and supporting prospects throughout the decision-making process.
Through your expertise in sales-advisory and your human approach, you will actively contribute to achieving and maintaining an optimal occupancy rate for both residences, while offering an exceptional, personalized, and reassuring customer experience at every stage of the leasing process.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome, inform, and support potential clients and their families
- Respond to information requests (phone, email, in person)
- Conduct tours of the residence and present the accommodations and services offered
- Follow up on requests, prospects, files, and leasing agreements
- Keep client files and tracking tools up to date
- Prepare documents related to leasing and moving in
- Meet the occupancy goals set by management
- Participate in promotional activities, open houses, and events
- Develop partnerships and conduct prospecting in the community
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth integration of new residents
- Provide a service characterized by respect, listening, and professionalism throughout the customer journey
- Actively contribute to the image and reputation of the residence
- Desired Profile
Requirements
- Relevant education or experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience in RPA or senior living environment (a significant asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sense of organization, autonomy, and diligence
- Human, empathetic, and results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in common computer tools
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service
- Experience in senior living, real estate, or hospitality (a significant asset)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to quickly establish trust
- Autonomy, organization, and sense of priorities
- Dynamism and results orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license + vehicle required
- Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset
