We are currently looking for an enthusiastic retail sales clerk to work at the retail sales counter and provide excellent service to all our customers.

Professional Responsibilities

Perform various activities in the areas of sales and customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Use a computer-based point of sale system.

Maintain a high level of knowledge about postal products, services, and delivery.

Process financial transactions (cash, checks, debit and credit card payments).

Receive, sort, and classify shipments sequentially.

Deploy physical effort to handle shipments weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 lb).

Place merchandise in displays.

Ensure stock control and merchandising.

Admissibility Criteria

Customer service experience in a retail environment

Sales experience is an asset

You will need to pass a pre-employment test, a security check, a vision and driving test conducted by Canada Post, and an interview.
