Entrepreneur Manager

Like a sports team, each role contributes to the company's success. The manager is the leader of his department, he ensures the management of customer service, human resources, merchandising, operations and finances.

The entrepreneur manager ensures the overall functioning of the department to which he will be assigned. While being directly at the customer service, he ensures the management of inventories, the supervision of his team, the working hours and the organization of his department. He performs the merchandising management by following the established merchandising standards and the operations management by communicating the needs and concerns of the branch to the management. He ensures the cleanliness of the premises, the health and safety of his department. He shares and discusses innovative ideas while being aware of market trends. On the financial side, he sets up strategies to achieve sales targets, wage mass, expenses and profitability while minimizing costs. He ensures the respect of internal policies and procedures and may be called upon to replace management members if necessary.

Required Knowledge and Training

• Experience in merchandising;

Working Conditions

• Salary offered according to experience and type of branch;
• Variable working hours;
• Taxes of 50 to 75 pounds to be paid.
